One of the most common reasons for the delay in delivery is the missing address. The other reason why your delivery can be late is some technical issue that might occur during the delivery.

What are the Delivery Timelines for my order?
It depends on the career services because USPS usually takes 3 to 5 business days whereas UPS takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver the order.

No, you will not be contacted. However, you can track the order with the provided tracking number.
My parcel has been reported missing. What now?
We will contact the career and open a claim against them. If the status is delivered then you have to ask neighbors first if they have your package otherwise the career is responsible for this.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?
We usually don’t change the address due to security reasons and ship the order to the PayPal registered address but sometimes, as per the buyer’s request, we can change the address if the buyer gives valid reasoning.
Why are my products shipped separately?
Sometimes, the weight of the item is too much that can cause it to break. So, we then separately and provide different tracking numbers in order details.
Can I buy and have items delivered to a country that is outside the ones where k2Bay is located?
Yes, we can ship but the shipping will be calculated again as per your ZIP.
When will I receive my order/item?
We ship the selected order within a business day but it mostly depends on careers like USPS/UPS.
How can I track my order?
You get a tracking number with every checkout that can be used to keep track of your order.
I ordered multiple products but I have received only one product so far. What’s going on?
Sometimes we ship order separately with 2 tracking orders. So, if you got 2 tracking numbers then you have to track the other order. But, if you only have one tracking number and then your item is missing, you can contact us with your order number and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
In how many days I can pick my order?

If the item is brand new, there would be a manufacturer warranty with it and you can ask the manufacturer before making a purchase.

You will see a delete button and that can help you to remove the item from your cart.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order is not shipped yet and you haven’t been provided a tracking number, you can go to the “My Orders” section and create a cancellation request. We will approve the request and issue you a full refund at the same time.
